About The Role
Talenza have been engaged to secure a Solutions Architect (Digital Architect) to lead solution design for a refresh of customer-facing digital platforms; covering websites, internal portals and broader digital experience uplift.

This contract will focus on modernising customer portal experiences and uplifting marketing automation and customer communications across the customer lifecycle. The role partners closely with delivery teams and stakeholders, producing clear architecture artefacts for governance and execution.

Skills (Requirements)

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect / Digital Architect, ideally from a background of software engineering.
• Hands-on architecture across customer-facing platforms (portals, websites, digital experience ecosystems)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience (incl. customer engagement touchpoints) including integrations.
• Azure cloud experience and cloud-first delivery patterns
• Strong documentation skills, able to produce clear architecture artefacts for governance and delivery
• Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment
