Lead the delivery of IAM solutions for a major organisation.
Long term contract engagement.
Hybrid role in Sydney.

• Lead the delivery of cyber security and identity management projects from initiation through to implementation and operational handover.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, security and third-party vendors.
• Deliver initiatives such as access governance, identity lifecycle management, privileged access management, access reviews and multi-factor authentication.
• Facilitate workshops to understand business requirements and design future-state solutions.
• Provide governance reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support change management, training, operational readiness and user adoption activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in security controls, processes and user experience.

• Extensive experience leading cyber security transformations - particularly IAM transformations
• Extensive experience with security maturity and risk uplift projects
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks - E8, ISO, NIST, CIS, etc
