Join a leading ASX-listed healthcare organisation undertaking a major technology transformation across its enterprise systems landscape. You'll work within the Corporate Technology function, partnering with business stakeholders, architects, technical teams and delivery partners to support complex transformation initiatives across finance, HR and other core business platforms.

As an Integration Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, architects and delivery partners, ensuring integrations are clearly understood, documented and aligned with business outcomes.

You will work across major transformation programs involving D365 Finance & Operations, Workday, legacy platforms and other enterprise applications, helping define how information moves between systems and ensuring integration requirements are properly captured and delivered.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse and document current-state integration landscapes across enterprise systems.
  • Map source systems, target systems, data flows, dependencies and integration touchpoints.
  • Define and maintain detailed interface contracts and integration specifications.
  • Document data mappings, transformation rules, integration patterns, error handling and security requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture current and future-state requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional integration specifications.
  • Conduct impact assessments for changes across D365, Workday and other connected systems.
  • Ensure traceability between business requirements, interface contracts and delivered integrations.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Integration Architects, developers, vendors and implementation partners.
  • Support backlog development, delivery planning and prioritisation.
  • Identify and communicate integration risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Support SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing activities, including defect management and validation.
  • Maintain integration documentation, dependency registers and supporting project artefacts.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise transformation or complex technology programs.
  • Strong experience analysing and documenting system integrations and interface requirements.
  • Proven ability to produce interface contracts, integration specifications and source-to-target data mappings.
  • Experience working across multiple systems and complex integration landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements elicitation and process transformation.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT and end-to-end integration testing.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working within ERP, HRIS, Finance or other large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • D365 Finance & Operations experience is advantageous.
  • Workday implementation or integration experience is highly regarded.
  • Exposure to Azure Integration Services, Boomi, MuleSoft, API-based integrations or event-driven architectures is beneficial.
  • Experience within healthcare, financial services or another highly regulated environment is advantageous.
