We are partnering with a major Australian organisation undertaking a significant integration program following a large-scale acquisition.
We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to take ownership of the technology separation and TSA exit plan, ensuring all remaining services, systems and dependencies are successfully transitioned within the required timeframes.
This is a highly autonomous role requiring someone who can work horizontally across multiple technology streams, identify potential gaps and ensure nothing is left behind as the businesses separate.

The Role
Working within a large integration program, you will:
- Develop and maintain the integrated technology separation and TSA exit plan.
- Identify and track technology services and dependencies requiring transition or separation.
- Coordinate activities across applications, infrastructure, managed services, hardware, software and licensing.
- Manage migration, transition and decommissioning activities.
- Ensure data migration, retention, access and compliance requirements are considered.
- Work closely with architecture, technology teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate dependencies and actions across multiple workstreams without necessarily having direct authority over delivery teams.
- Track TSA milestones, risks, issues and exit obligations through to completion.
- Identify potential gaps or hidden dependencies before they become critical.
- Provide clear reporting and escalation to senior program stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager with exposure to M&A, acquisitions, divestments, carve-outs or technology separation.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Experience delivering technology separation or integration following an acquisition or divestment.
- Exposure to Transitional Services Agreements (TSAs) and TSA exit planning.
- Broad technology understanding across applications, infrastructure, cloud, vendors, licensing and data.
- Strong migration, cutover and/or decommissioning experience.
- Excellent planning, RAID and dependency management capability.
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
- The ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes through multiple stakeholders.
