Talenza have been engaged by an Australian insurance organisation to find an Integration Analyst to work across a high profile technology transformation program. The successful candidate will be an experienced analyst from a technical background with a tech agnostic view on integration.

This role requires 3 days per week in the Brisbane office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Technical analysis experience in an enterprise IT environment, ideally working within integration, architecture or engineering teams and translating high-level technical requirements into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams.

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, including experience working across complex systems, applications, APIs, data flows and integration patterns within large-scale IT environments.

• Ability to translate architecture into delivery requirements, working closely with Solution/Integration Architects to understand architectural designs and convert them into detailed technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation for engineering teams.

• Technology agnostic approach, with the ability to understand and analyse different technologies, platforms and integration approaches without being tied to a particular technology stack.

• Strong understanding of cloud-hosted/SaaS applications, including the implications of moving from on-premise or hosted environments towards a predominantly SaaS-based technology landscape.

• Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Architects, Engineers, Project/Delivery teams and business stakeholders, clarifying requirements and ensuring a shared understanding of integration outcomes.
