Talenza is working with a leading financial services organisation to engage a Project Manager to lead a major platform replacement and customer data migration initiative. Working closely with senior data and technology leaders, you will drive planning and delivery across data mapping, governance, migration and platform implementation as part of a multi-year transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a major data platform replacement and customer data migration project.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and budgets.
• Oversee data mapping, migration planning, data quality and governance activities.
• Coordinate technical and business stakeholders across data, technology and operational teams.
• Work closely with the Head of Data, Program Data Manager and senior stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Manage vendors and contribute to procurement/RFP activities where required.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, timelines, quality and governance requirements.

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years' experience managing complex technology or data projects.
• Must have proven experience delivering data migration and/or platform replacement projects. Customer data migration experience is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, data governance and data management.
• Experience working across complex technical environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project delivery, risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Financial services experience is an advantage
