Description
Talenza is partnering with a purpose-led, member-based organisation to find a Change & Communications Manager to support a pipeline of small-to-medium change initiatives across both technology and business process.
This is a hands-on contract role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, take ownership of change impact and comms, and help lift adoption across members and internal stakeholders.
You'll lead end-to-end change and communications across several concurrent initiatives, including:
Change impact & readiness
- Run impact assessments and translate findings into practical change plans
- Support business case inputs tied to member outcomes / satisfaction
- Define how change success is measured (including feedback loops)
Member + stakeholder communications
- Create and deliver comms plans across internal teams and external member audiences
- Draft clear, pragmatic comms for exec stakeholders (briefs, updates, board-ready summaries)
Project examples in-flight / coming up
- Member satisfaction tooling: helping shape how feedback is collected and used
- Advocacy register uplift: moving from spreadsheet-based tracking to a structured system, improving categorisation, reporting, and automated board reporting
- Member identity platform change: supporting a migration from one identity solution to another, including member-facing comms and change support
- EDM / email platform improvements
- Early-stage AI initiatives (member enhancements/assistants) as part of an emerging "AI lab" style roadmap
- Proven experience delivering both Change Management and Change Communications (you can do the plan and the writing)
- Track record supporting system implementations and the people-side of process change
- Strong stakeholder capability - confident working directly with execs
- Ability to keep things lightweight and effective on smaller projects (not "big-program only")
- Practical, outcomes-led approach with a strong cultural fit and collaborative style
- Experience in member-based, education, health, or purpose-led organisations
- Exposure to identity/access change impacts, comms to external audiences, and/or digital member experience work
- Interest or experience supporting early AI-enabled change (adoption, comms, guardrails)
If you're a hands-on Change & Comms specialist who thrives in smaller, exec-facing initiatives, apply now or reach out to Talenza for a confidential discussion.
