Talenza have been engaged by a leading financial services organisation to find a ServiceNow Developer to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension and a view to permanent employment.

The successful candidate will have strong ServiceNow development and configuration experience, with a focus on integrations, platform enhancements and ongoing improvement across a broad ServiceNow environment.

• Develop, configure and maintain ServiceNow solutions across the platform
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and internal/external systems
• Develop scripts, workflows, business rules, UI policies and other platform components
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, defects and integration errors
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, releases and ongoing improvements
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
• Perform testing and support deployment activities across environments
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with platform standards, security and best practices
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations and processes
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts and other technical teams
• Support BAU activities while contributing to project and transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, functionality and overall ServiceNow performance

• Strong ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations with internal and third-party systems
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, business rules and platform configuration
• Ability to troubleshoot, enhance and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Experience working across ServiceNow modules and understanding how different platform capabilities interact
• Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades, releases and environment management
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work with both technical and business teams
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
