Talenza have been engaged by an Australian ASX listed company to find a senior Cloud Engineer to work across an infrastructure & security uplift project. The successful candidate will be an experienced, hands-on Cloud Engineer in a large enterprise environment.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience with Azure and virtualised cloud architectures, including hybrid cloud environments and VMware.

• Demonstrated experience deploying infrastructure as code (IaC) using Bicep and Terraform.

• Strong experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, including enterprise administration and infrastructure support.

• Experience with configuration management, orchestration and automation, using tools such as Ansible, DSC, PowerShell and Python.

• Experience with containers and container management, including Docker, Kubernetes and AKS, as well as CI/CD and release tooling such as Azure DevOps.

• Experience integrating with enterprise services and APIs, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID, with an understanding of SSO and MFA.

• Experience applying security and compliance standards to cloud infrastructure, with strong change management skills and the ability to work effectively within Agile and ITIL environments.
