We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join a government organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This role will support a system modernisation project, involving processes and capabilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, change planning, communications, readiness and adoption.

The successful candidate will work closely with project, business and communications teams to ensure stakeholders are well informed, prepared and supported throughout the change.

• Develop and maintain change strategies, change impact assessments and change activity plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop appropriate engagement approaches.
• Design and deliver communications, awareness and engagement activities.
• Develop training, support materials and adoption resources.
• Assess organisational readiness and identify change risks and mitigation actions.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups and stakeholder consultations.
• Support business readiness activities leading up to implementation.
• Track adoption, engagement and readiness measures.
• Work closely with project, business and communications teams.
• Provide change reporting, recommendations and updates to project governance groups.

• Proven experience working as a Change Analyst of at least 5 years.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience developing change plans, communications, training and readiness activities for Digital/system change.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities.
• Experience working within government or large, complex organisations is highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
