Senior Business Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major enterprise-wide AML/CTF regulatory transformation program within a leading financial services organisation.

This is a strategic, business-focused role centred on translating regulatory obligations into practical outcomes, aligning stakeholders across business units and driving consistent approaches to compliance uplift.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience delivering AML/CTF reforms within a large financial services environment.

• Proven experience across complex, enterprise-wide regulatory transformation programs.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and decision-making skills.

• Experience developing current and target-state models, process maps and delivery roadmaps.

• Exposure to financial crime risk frameworks, Line 2 Risk and complex governance structures.
