Project Manager - Snowflake Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a greenfield Snowflake implementation as part of a broader data modernisation and transformation program.

Moving into the execution phase following the completion of procurement, this role will see you take ownership of a well-documented project with an established delivery partner.

You will be responsible for driving delivery, managing stakeholders and the delivery partner, overseeing risks, issues, timelines and dependencies, and ensuring the implementation aligns with the broader transformation objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Snowflake implementation.

  
  

• Manage the delivery partner, project team, timelines, budget, risks and dependencies.

  
  

• Engage business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project outcomes.

  
  

• Provide Snowflake guidance to support internal capability uplift.

  
  

• Oversee project planning, progress reporting, governance and issue resolution.

  
  

• Ensure the implementation aligns with broader data modernisation and transformation objectives.

  
  

• Manage testing, implementation, cutover and transition to business-as-usual operations.

  
  

Key requirements:

• Proven experience delivering at least one Snowflake implementation, ideally in a greenfield environment.

• Strong project management experience across data platforms, data modernisation or technology transformation initiatives.

• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, delivery partners and business stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder engagement, planning, governance and delivery management skills.

• The ability to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Snowflake, supporting an organisation building its internal capability.

Contract: Brisbane based, Initial contract through to the end of the financial year - Potential extension.
