Our client is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Officer to provide frontline technical support across a diverse Microsoft environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys resolving technical issues, supporting end users, and contributing to a high-performing technology team.

• Provide Level 1 IT support across hardware, software, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.
• Log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, device deployment and account administration.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune and Active Directory.
• Assist with hardware provisioning, asset management and system maintenance activities.
• Escalate and coordinate issues with internal teams and third-party vendors where required.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge articles and continuous service improvement initiatives.

• Previous experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk or Desktop Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience supporting Active Directory, Entra ID, Teams and Intune environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests effectively.
• IT qualifications and/or ITIL certification highly regarded.
